| Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Customer must obtain a Return Authorization number from Augusta RugWorks to return any rug. No rug will be accepted without a Return Authorization. No refund will be given on any “Refused Delivery” rugs. Damaged, dirty, stained or soiled rugs WILL NOT be accepted for return.
The customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price to return the item, plus return shipping cost and any associated shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for attempted cancellation of orders that have already been shipped. Applicable orders will have to follow the return process. NOTE: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Custom Rug orders are non-refundable.
