Rugs originating from the fine rug weaving districts of Iran, are welcome at Augusta RugWorks. Our cleaning experience and process is rendered from the traditional hand wash methods employed for the safest and most thorough results.

Dann and Rita Cook, Owner Operators of Augusta RugWorks are IICRC Certified rug cleaners, with 30 years hands on experience cleaning, restoring and repairing Persian rugs. The care, custody and control issues of your rug is not relegated to others and you can be assured that every detail of the cleaning process is carefully regarded. See "About Us".

INSPECTION:

When cleaning Persian rugs it is important to closely inspect the rug to determine age, condition, foundation integrity and composition and dye stability. These are important factors as all rugs are not equal in their construction. These factors play a significant role in determining the "cleaning method" employed for sage and thorough results. Augusta RugWorks has been cleaning Persian rugs for 30 years. Each rug is inspected pre and post cleaning by the owner of Augusta RugWorks, Dann Cook. See "About Us".

CLEANING SCHEDULE:

The normal turn around time on having your Persian rug cleaned at Augusta RugWorks is 7 to 10 days. If there are Rug Repair issues, it could add a little more time depending on the nature of the repair. Please refer to our "Rug Repairs" section for further information.
