CERTIFICATION:

As owner operators of Augusta RugWorks, Dann and Rita Cook are IICRC certified rug cleaners. See "About Us". With 30 years in the business of providing oriental area rug services to include repairs, color repair, cleaning, see "Cleaning Methods", rug resizing, etc. It is not necessary that your rug cleaner is certified, however, it does prove that the operator has attended a school or classes and met all the performing criteria set forth by the Certification Institute regarding rug cleaning. Experience is invaluable, but certification proves it.

CLEANING METHOD

In cleaning of oriental rugs, there are a variety of cleaning methods, see "Cleaning Methods", suitable for your oriental rug. Determining which is appropriate will be determined upon inspection.
