CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Owner operators Dann and Rita Cook have been cleaning area rugs from all over the world for 30 years.
Our cleaning procedures, see "Cleaning Procedures", are typically based on the traditional hand wash method, see "Cleaning
Methods", however, each rug is inspected and qualified at that point for the method best suited for the rugs construction and condition. For more information please see our "Rug

All the care, custody and control issues regarding your rug is not relegated to others, the cleaning and repair services are performed at Augusta RugWorks by Dann cook, and you can be assured that every detail of the cleaning process is carefully regarded.
